Carl Wayne Kolaczkowski

Carl Wayne Kolaczkowski, 71 of Hampton died Saturday February 15, 2025 at JRMC at Pine Bluff. Born July 30, 1953 at Dallas, TX, he was the son of the late Benjamin Horace Kolaczkowski and Betty Francis Hambrick Kolaczkowski. He was self employed as a truck driver. He is survived by two sisters, Barbara Henderson of Hampton and Pat George of Warren. There will be no funeral services. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
