Bobby Ralph Hickerson, 76 of New Edinburg, died Wednesday in Fordyce. He was born August 29, 1937 in Wardell, Missouri to the late Theodore Gayle and Lela Mae Adams Hickerson. He was preceded in death by his wife Eleanor Faye Hickerson, daughter Judith Annette McQueen, sister Theodora Gail Wooten, and two grandchildren Jet and Whitney Danyale Tidwell.
He is survived by four daughters Bobbie Faye (Eddie) Hickerson of Kingsland, Rebecca Lynn (David) Harville of Hampton, Doris Lee (Mike) Kee of New Edinburg, and Mary Ann (Eddie) Tidwell of Ivan; four brothers Dalton Hickerson of Dollarway, Harry Hickerson of Trucksville, Leon Hickerson of Deer Park, Texas, and Mikel David Hickerson of Tucker; 15 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren.
Visitation is Friday from 6PM until 8PM at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Services are 10AM Saturday at Benton Funeral Home with burial in McDonald Cemetery. To sign the online register visit www.bentonfuneralhome.net .
