Billye Agnes Porter, 88 of Hot Springs, Arkansas went to her heavenly home on September 14, 2023.
She was born December 24, 1934 in Warren, Arkansas to the late Clifton Owen Davis and Lema “Mae” Davis Keggries. Billye faithfully served the Lord as church organist and choir director at First Assembly of God Church in Hampton, Arkansas for many years. She was a current member of Legacy Church in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Enoch (Doc) Porter, Jr.
Survivors include 2 daughters: Jennifer Jennings (Skip) and Cindy Dudenhefer (Harry), both of Hot Springs, Arkansas. 3 Grandchildren: Kirby Key (Rob) of Dallas, Texas; Jon Marc Dudenhefer (Heather) of Kenner, Louisiana, and Kyle Jennings (Melissa) of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Three very special great grandchildren: Porter and Avery Key of Dallas, Texas, and Camryn Wisler of Kenner, Louisiana. She is also survived by one brother, Charles Davis of Fallbrook, California and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 18, at First Assembly of God Church in Hampton, Arkansas, with services following at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Ricky Smith will officiate. Burial will be at Pickett Cemetery immediately following service.
Pallbearers are: Kyle Jennings, Jon Marc Dudenhefer, Rob Key, Sam Johnston, Chuck Watson, Tim Ables and Matt Williams.
