Billy J. Russell, 86 of Conway died Thursday January 28, 2016 at his home. He was born August 15, 1929 to the late Felix Russell and May Morris Russell. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Russell. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in Korea. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Oakland Cemetery in Fordyce.
