Billy Lynn Freer

Billy Lynn Freer, 60, of Fordyce died Friday Dec 20, 2013 at his home. Born November 4, 1953 at Fordyce, he was a son of Joy Sue Freer of Fordyce and the late Billy Joe Freer. He was a millwright for Anthony Timberlands and a member of Zion Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Murphy Freer of Fordyce; his son, Josh Freer and his wife, Kenda of West Monroe, LA; his daughter, Amanda Clemons and her husband, Sam of Holly Springs; two brothers, Mike Freer and his wife, Susan of Fordyce, David Freer of Fordyce; five grandchildren, Kenzie Freer, Kylie Clemons, Kip Clemons, Peyton Freer, and Avery Freer. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the Benton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Nick Flowers officiating. Burial will be at Stoney Point Cemetery. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce. Memorials may be made to Zion Baptist Church.
