Betty Lou Wilson

Betty Lou Wilson, age 85 of New Braunfels, TX died Friday, June 13, 2025. She was born March 24, 1940 in Kingsland, Arkansas. She was a retired sales clerk for Dillard’s Department store. She had been a member of Unity Baptist Church in Texarkana and currently a member of Oakwood Baptist Church in New Braunfels, TX. Betty loved the Lord with all of her heart and was always a very active member, serving in Sunday School, adult ministries and wherever she was needed. Betty and her husband loved to travel and spend time with family and friends.
Betty is preceded in death by her parents, Neely Rushing and Geraldine Mooney Rushing; husband, William Lowell Wilson; one son, Anthony Kurt Wilson; and one sister, Reba Kauffman. She is survived by one daughter, Karen Wilson of San Antonia, TX; two sisters, Carolyn Wallace of Fordyce, and Jean Langford of Hot Springs.
