Betty Jean Jose

Betty Jean Jose, 82, of Bearden died Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden, Arkansas. She was born April 5, 1936 in Paragould, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jessie Hickman and Mable Bell Hickman; two daughters, Alma Strickland and Debra Madden; six brothers, Earl, Robert, Paul, Vernon, Floyd and Marvin Hickman; two sisters, Jane Goza, and Mary Yarbro; and one grandson, Ronnie Graham and one great grandson, Christian Foust. She is survived by her husband, Grover Jose of Bearden; one son, Michael Dean of Bearden; one daughter, Cathy Graham of Bearden; one brother, Cecil Hickman of Kennett, MO; one sister, Janice Lanthrip of Fordyce; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Bearden. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday at Moss Hill Cemetery in Bearden with Rev. Kevin Stevicks officiating.
