Betty Jo Earnest

Betty Jo Grace Earnest of New Edinburg, passed away Friday, July 18, 2025. Born December 30, 1941 in New Edinburg, she was a daughter of the late Gordan Mosley and Maudie (Woodall) Mosley Tipton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a stepfather, J.O. Tipton; her first husband of 41 years and father of her children, Ernest Grace; second husband, Walter Earnest; and son-in-law, Tracy Hart.
She is survived by three daughters, Cindy Briant and husband, Roy of New Edinburg, Jean Hart and Brenda Barnett and husband, Stoney, all of Kingsland; a son, Wade Grace of New Edinburg; sister, Judy Spakes of Rowell; brothers, Tommy Mosley of Sheridan, Bill Mosley and wife Lisa of Kingsland; eight grandchildren, Jason (Shannon) Mann, Nicholas Hart, Justin (Ashley) Hart, Jake (Erika)Barnett, Jeremy Barnett, Elizabeth Grace, Presley Grace and Gracelyn Grace; nine great grandchildren and five great- great grandchildren.
