Betty Stratton Breazeale, 58 of Hampton, died Monday, May 12, 2014. She was born May 28, 1955 to the late V.C Stringfellow, Jr. and Ruth Hodnett Stringfellow. She was preceded in death by her son David Vander "Van" Stratton and sister Vicky Diane Stringfellow.
She is survived by her husband Wayne Breazeale of Hampton; two sons, Steven Wayne Breazeale and wife Dawn of Panama City Beach, Florida and Carlton Anthony Breazeale of Hampton; daughter Kelli Regenia Breazeale and husband Jason of Parker's Chapel; two brothers Dale Roland Stringfellow and wife Pat of El Dorado and Rodney Allen Stringfellow and wife Pat of Hampton; sister Sandra Key Freeman and husband George of Hot Springs Village; and seven grandchildren; Taylor Shane Newman, Jason Lane Gilbert, Shelbi Abbigail Breazeale, Ryder Drake Breazeale, Leland DeWitt McDaniel, Laken Braelyn McDaniel, and John-Garrett Anthony Breazeale.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6PM until 8 PM at Benton Funeral Home in Hampton. Funeral services will be 2PM Thursday at Antioch Baptist Church of Hampton with burial following at Pickett Cemetery. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Hampton.
