Annie Lotta “Dotsy” McWhirter, 76, of Hampton died Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Oak Ridge Nursing Home in El Dorado, Arkansas. She was born April 7, 1942 in Hampton, Arkansas. She was a retired secretary and a member of Hampton Primitive Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, James Floyd McWhirter and Beulah Beatrice O’Mary McWhirter; three brothers, James McWhirter, J.C. McWhirter and George McWhirter; two sisters, Lina Belle McWhirter and Dean Williams. She is survived by one daughter, Lisa Boudon of Ft. Worth, TX; three brothers, Paul McWhirter of Hampton, Bobby McWhirter of Colt, and Julius McWhirter of Joshua, TX; two sisters, Mary Shores of Fort Smith, and Wanda Roberts of Hampton; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and special friend, Frances Ederington of Banks. Visitation will be Monday 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Hampton Primitive Baptist Church with funeral services beginning at 11:00 am with Elder Myron Ford and Elder Bobby McWhirter officiating.
