Ann Castleberry Shaddock wife, mother and grandmother and the 8th Wonder of the World went home to heaven on June 23, 2015. Ann was born April 4, 1941. She was a faithful member of the Cullendale Assembly of God Church in Camden, AR for more than fifty years. She was a Sunday school teacher and a nursery attendant for over 30 years. Ann worked at S&H Green Stamp store, Quality Discount store and at a local flea market. Ann was a lady that was full of life, and a little eccentric. Her joy in live was loving and caring for people. She was a light to all who knew her. Her favorite quote was "My day just got better because you were in it"
She is survived by her husband James Leo Shaddock; one son, Kenny Shaddock and wife Jennifer; three daughters, Rhonda Stevenson; Renee Chenault and husband Mike; Teresa Groce and husband Tom; two brothers, John Barrett and Larry Castleberry; two sisters, Linda Tullos and Charlene Rippey; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Visitation will be at the Benton Funeral Home in Bearden, AR on Thursday, June 25th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the Cullendale Assembly of God Church in Camden, AR on Friday, June 26 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Doug McClure officiating. Burial services will be at Chapel Hill Cemetery in Sparkman, AR. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be given to Ouachita County Women's Crisis Center.
