Amelia Faye Ridgell

Amelia Faye Ridgell, 87, of North Little Rock, AR, died Tuesday August 7, 2012. She was born in Holly Springs, AR, on August 17, 1924 to the late Cad A. & Mildred McDonald Patterson. Mrs. Ridgell was a homemaker & a member of the Faith Missionary Baptist Church in North Little Rock.

She is survived by her son Ronnie Ridgell & his wife Mary of North Little Rock, AR; a daughter, Judy Jordan & her husband Lance of Edmond, OK; a brother, Graham Patterson of Traskwood, AR; a sister, Mittie Small of Russellville, AR; a sister-in-law, Kate Patterson of Mena, AR; a grandson, Jason Ridgell & his wife Stephanie of Beebe, AR; & a great granddaughter, Katherine Ridgell of Beebe, AR. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Ridgell; a brother, W.L. Patterson; a sister, Myrtice Patterson; & two infant sisters.

Funeral services are 10:00 AM Thursday August 9, 2012 at the Faith Missionary Baptist Church in North Little Rock. Burial will be at 3:00 PM at the New Holly Springs Cemetery, with the Rev. Tom Hart & Rev. Dean Grigsby officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:00 until 10:00 AM Thursday morning at the Faith Missionary Baptist Church in North Little Rock, AR. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Arkansas Mission Builders Association, C/O Eddie Gene Wright, 2903 Pruetts Chapel Road, Paragould, AR 72450.
