We regretfully announce the passing of Susan Kay Thomason, 72, of Camden, AR. Susan passed away on Monday December 6, 2021, after a hard-fought battle with a number of medical illnesses. Susan was born to James and Frances Thomason on October 3, 1949 in Tacoma, WA. She was an independent and strong willed personality who had a love for cats and a passion for genealogy. Susan was preceded by her parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Susan is survived by her sister Kathy Mosmeyer, brother in law Larry Mosmeyer, niece Amber Cagle, great niece Brooke Summers and longtime friend Mike Johnson. To pay your respects a memorial will be held Saturday May 7, 2022 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Salem Cemetery in Bearden, AR. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
