Kerry Lane Hargis, age 69, of Bearden, Arkansas

Kerry was born in Bradley County. He began his career as an Engineer with Arvin Automotive Company in Monticello. In February 1983 he began working for Lockheed Martin in Camden. Throughout his 36-year career with Lockheed Martin he held numerous management positions and was serving as the Senior Manager Finance and Business Operations at the time of his death.
Kerry was an avid hunter and gun enthusiast with a passion for the outdoors.
Kerry was preceded in death by his wife Diana Boughton Hargis, parents Carl and Joyce Ferrell Hargis, and one brother Rodney. He is survived by his two daughters, Rebecca (John Moore) of Yorktown, VA and Marjorie (Joe Stamps) of Bearden; two grandchildren Mason and Taylor Moore of Yorktown, VA; three brothers, Larry Hargis of Monticello, Kim (Teresa) Hargis of Wilmar and Reggie Hargis of Monticello; and many loving friends.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Kerry’s life will be held on Friday May 3rd, 2019 at Stamps Photography 4:00 to 8:00pm. 2 First Street Bearden, AR 71720.
